Ordering

 

This is your special occasion and we strive to provide you with
the stationery of your dreams. Therefore, we keep in close contact
with you throughout the ordering process. If you have any questions
or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Step 1: Contact Put It To Paper Creations and indicate which
invitation you are interested in. An order form will be faxed/emailed
for you to complete and return to us. We require a 50% deposit prior
to proceeding with any proofs of your invitation.

Step 2: Once we have received your order and deposit, we will send
you a “mock up” of your invitation. This is a sample of how your
invitation will appear and it is essential that you double check name
spellings, etc. Although we will also proofread your invitations, Put
It To Paper Creations is neither responsible nor liable for accepted
proofs with mistakes.

Step 3: Once Put It To Paper Creations has received your final order
(with necessary changes) and the remaining account balance, we will
begin work on your stationary.

Step 4: As soon as it is completed, your order will be shipped to you.

Shipping and Handling
All shipping will be through Canada Post general delivery unless
otherwise requested. Clients are responsible for shipping costs.
We will insure your order for you in case of any damages (please
see the damages section). Clients residing near Put It To Paper
Creations also have the option of picking-up their order. Please
contact Put It To Paper Creations for more information.

Returns
Due to the customized nature of our products, it is essential that you
carefully examine your proofs and inform us of any necessary changes.
We begin working on your order as soon as we have received your full
account balance and final proof. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds
after this period.

Damage
Although Canada Post provides excellent service, we add insurance to
your order in case of damage occurred during shipping. If your order
arrives damaged, contact Canada Post immediately. You will need to go
through their claims process for reimbursement. You should also contact
Put It To Paper Creations within a week so we can expedite a new order.
Please note that as you will seek reimbursement from Canada Post you
will be charged for your order again.
