Where are you located? We are located in Newfoundland and Labrador- Canada’s most easterly province!
Do you ship outside of Canada? Yes, we do ship outside of Canada. We recommend that you contact Put It To Paper Creations as extra shipping charges will apply.
What type of ink do you use? We only print using flat ink.
What payment options do you accept? We are pleased to accept cheque, cash, and money order. You can also pay for your purchase with Visa or Mastercard through Paypal. Please note that if you are paying by cheque it must clear before we begin your order. Bounced cheques are subject to a $25.00 fee.
Do you offer gift certificates? Yes, we do offer gift certificates. Gift certificates are a great shower or engagement gift for the bride or mom-to-be. Our gift certificates are available in any monetary amount and can be used towards all of our products and services.
Can I change wording? We recommend that you choose wording you are comfortable with. We will send you a wording document to help you or you can provide your own wording. Please note that some designs have limited space. We will try to accommodate your request and if we feel the change would compromise the look of your order we will let you know.
Are invitations/announcements already in the envelopes when they arrive? At Put It To Paper Creations we do all the invitation assembly (such as attaching ribbon). However, invitations are not stuffed in the envelopes. This makes it easier for clients to stamp the reply envelopes and address them if they are not using our addressing service.
Do you require a deposit? We require a 50% deposit before sending your “mock up” and the remaining 50% plus shipping prior to sending your order.
Can I choose the color of one item but the design or embellishments of another? Yes, we can accommodate changes to our designs. Please note, however, that certain changes (such as matte paper to metallic paper) may incur extra charges. We will inform you of the cost of these changes before proceeding with your order.
Is there a minimum order for your products? Yes, we require a minimum order of twenty for wedding invitations and birth announcements. All other minimum orders have been noted on the website.
Do you have a catalogue you can send me? In order to reduce costs for our clients we use our website as the official catalogue.
Are your prices in Canadian dollars? Yes, all of our prices are in Canadian dollars.
Do you have a storefront? We do not have a storefront however we can meet with clients. If you would like to set up an appointment please contact us at 589-6471 or at info@putittopapercreations.com.
Do you provide samples? Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, samples are quite costly. We do provide samples, however they are $3.00 each or 4 for $10.00 plus shipping. If you decide to order invitations from Put It To Paper Creations and have ordered a sample we will credit your account for the cost of the sample you have chosen ($3.00). Please contact us for the cost of samples from the Elite Collection.
What policies are there with using photographs? If you are submitting a professional photograph we require written permission from the photographer. Please email us the uncropped photograph you wish to use as a jpg. We can change any color photo to black and white free of charge.

WEDDING QUESTIONS
If I’m not interested in the invitations can I still order other items such as place cards and table numbers? Absolutely! All of our products are customized and you can pick and choose the products you require. Also, clients can order invitations and then add extra items later.
Do any of your invitations require extra postage? Square invitations and those with extra inserts often require extra postage. We recommend that all clients bring their mock-up to the post office before paying your final deposit if you are concerned about postage.
When should I send my invitations? We advise our clients to send their invitations 6-8 weeks before the wedding. However, if you are getting married at a busy time of year, are expecting out-of-town guests, or are having a destination wedding we recommend you send your invites early or send Save-the Dates.
How many invitations should I order? We always recommend that you order at least 10 extra invitations in case of last minute or forgotten guests. There is a set up fee of $25.00 if you need additional invites printed after you have received your order.
